Service Offerings

This pilot program is in its early stages, currently seeking to build relationships with local partners in northern Illinois, understand community needs, and co-create a service delivery model. It seeks to serve rural and underserved populations eligible for Medicaid and families with complex social and emotional needs, including those currently (or at risk of being) involved with the child welfare system. Potential service offerings include:

  • Consultations with primary care providers, child care providers, schools, DCFS, etc.

  • Neurodevelopmental and socioemotional screening and formal psychological evaluations to support early diagnosis, intervention, and treatment planning (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, trauma- and stressor- related disorders)

  • Evidence-based treatments supporting early relational and developmental health, child trauma exposure, challenges with disruptive behavior, foster care placement stabilization, and reunification, including:

    • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

    • Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE)

    • RUBI Parent Training (for children with ASD)

    • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
